Tracey Kayo (Co Owner, Giorgio & Kayo) has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. For the last 15 years, she has specialized in Medicare/Health Insurance serving as Principal of TKT Insurance Agency-Simplify Medicare. Tracey is now adding Auto, Home & Business Insurance to her portfolio to better serve her community. She is passionate about building relationships & helping individuals navigate their insurance options.  Whether it’s protecting your home, health, or business, Tracey believes in serving as a life-long resource for her clients. 

Michael A. Giorgio (Co Owner, Giorgio & Kayo) is a dynamic entrepreneur and seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in commercial land development. He is the Principal of the newly launched Giorgio & Kayo Insurance, and currently serves as CEO of BT Land Development and Giorgio Land Development, companies he has successfully led for over 21 years.

Michael is also a partner in MAG Land Development and the sole proprietor of M&M Land Development, further showcasing his deep-rooted expertise in real estate and strategic growth. His entrepreneurial journey spans a wide range of industries — from owning and operating three restaurants and two nightclubs, to co-owning Brittany Jewelers for 30 years before retiring from the jewelry business in 2016.

He also owned a car dealership for 21 years and currently serves as President and Partner of Trinity Sports Representation & Marketing, where he brings business acumen into the world of sports and entertainment. Michael’s career reflects a rare blend of visionary leadership, operational excellence, and a relentless drive to innovate across industries.

Emilia Giorgio  (Co Owner, Giorgio & Kayo) serves as one of the Principals of our new insurance agency, bringing a unique perspective cultivated over 32.5 years in elementary education. This extensive background has fostered a strong foundation in meticulous organization, clear communication, and a client-first approach. Though recently transitioning into the insurance sector, Emilia is dedicated to applying her proven ability to simplify complex information and build trusting relationships to the needs of her clients. 

Karen Twarog - Karen has been in the Personal & Commercial Insurance industry for 13 years. Karen is well versed in over fifteen national carriers & believes in developing insurance policies to meet the unique needs of her clients. She believes in fostering & maintaining strong client relationships. Part of Karen’s experience has been in managing a diverse portfolio of over 600 clients, providing exceptional service.
